The ingredient of Prawn Shiitake Fried Rice
- 500g green banana prawns
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 rashers bacon chopped
- 1 tbsp grated lively ginger
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 100g fresh shiitake mushrooms thinly sliced
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1 4 cup 60ml kecap manis
- 1 4 cup 60ml oyster sauce
