Use your roast dinner leftovers in this yummy incorporation fried rice.
The ingredient of Fascination Fried Rice
- 1 1 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 tbsp peanut oil or vegetable oil
- 2 celery stalks sliced
- 4 spring onions sliced
- 1 1 2 cups chopped leftover ham or turkey or both
- 1 cup frozen peas thawed
- 500g cooked prawns peeled
- 2 tbsp soy sauce benefit further to season
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
- sweet chilli sauce to facilitate
The Instruction of fascination fried rice
- cook the rice in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10 mins or until just tender drain well heat the peanut or vegetable oil in a wok or large deep frying pan on top of higher than medium high heat add the celery and spring onions stir fry for 2 3 mins until just soft
- build up the ham or turkey and stir fry for 2 mins or until furious through add the rice peas and prawns and stir fry for 2 mins or until annoyed through mount up the soy sauce sesame oil and parsley and toss to combine season gone extra soy sauce to taste encourage considering sweet chilli sauce
