The ingredient of Pub Style Beer Battered Fish Chips
- 1 pound cod fillets or more blithe or unconditionally thawed and blotted dry
- 4 yukon gold potatoes or more scrubbed and cut into thick fries
- 3 liters peanut oil safflower oil or vegetable oil for frying
- 1 2 cup flour mixed later salt and pepper for dredging
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 4 ounces beer we used 1 3 bottle anodyne ale
- malt vinegar
